On January 29, 2012, it was time to celebrate after Richard Rosendale was declared the USA ‘s competitor for next January’s Bocuse D’Or in Lyon, France!
Now that their present obligations had been completed, the participants were now able to move about freely, and I was able to meet the chefs including Thomas Keller.

Then it was on to the gala at the CIA’s Farquharson Hall for which chefs and the students of the school’s Apple Pie Bakery had worked long hours to make fabulous food including the following desserts:
