Another idea that came my way: a travel hula hoop. We all know how difficult it can be to stay fit on a vacation. Just one more dessert! Do I really want to get dressed and trudge over to the hotel’s fitness center?
FXP has come up with an interesting solution- a portable exercise hula hoop that they say could burn up to 800 calories in an hour. Six sections clip together for quick assembly to create a circle with a 42-inch diameter. The package includes a carry bag an non-slip hooping mat and a 15 minute DVD.
