How do you like to book a vacation? Through an online travel agent or directly with the airline and/ or hotel?

Ms, Rosenbloom discusses the pro and cons of each option. For instance, you might get better service with Expedia if you need to catch an alternate flight because of a snowstorm.  On the other hand, though, if you’ve booked a flight with this site and you decide to switch a part of it such the departure time, the airline might tell you that you have to deal with Expedia and not them.
