Today ended the 88th annual Feast of San Gennaro. To learn more about about this iconic religious festival located in lower Manhattan’s Little Italy go to http://www.sangennaro.org/index.htm.
The last time I had attended this multi-day event was decades ago, and I unfortunately remembered those streets at the time as being dark and dirty along with a not so fond memory of some carnival game involving a rat traveling through a maze.
So last Wednesday I was more than pleasantly surprised to see that how much improved this area had become with interesting street food, nice crafts, and quaint amusements.

Let us know if you went and, if so, how you liked it.
