I mentioned in my last post that my daughter, Sarah, and I attended the FIFI Awards last week. Held in NYC’s Tent at Lincoln Center,  these Oscars of the fragrance industry were presented for many different categories including Fragrance Superstar of the year, Technological Breakthrough of the Year and Fragrance Celebrity of the Year.

 

As Sarah and I entered the tent we were greeted by young women who asked us if we wanted to sample various types of perfumes.

It was a terrific evening and, after all of the awards were presented, the celebration continued with dinner and dancing. Professional dancers in hot pink sequined costumes livened up the floor while Sarah and I danced along side Iron Chef Cat Cora and her escort.
