Last Saturday I had the terrific opportunity to see the New York Dance Parade. On that warm sunny day, over 6,000 dancers from 164 dance organizations with 65 unique styles danced their way down Broadway.

The organization states that it is their ” mission is to promote dance as an expressive and unifying art form by showcasing all forms of dance, educating the general public about the opportunity to experience dance and celebrate the diversity of dance”.
