One response to “Consumer Protection through New Federal Air Travel Rules”
I love the new rules that passengers can relish in! You know after all, we pay for our tickets and demand great service and treatment, that shouldn’t be an issue. We want what we pay for. I just think that the plane should offer snacks after an hour of waiting, not two hours. I guess it’s because I like to eat and eating calms me down.
